I was part of the Poster team (advertising)

I was put in charge with sorting the printing and poster placement around campus. Last week, I went to printary to talk about what type of paper, sizing and amount of posters that will be printed. The talk when well. I asked for 20 posters A3 sized on fine and thick paper (I cannot remember how thick). The posters were also cut for us and given to us two days later.

I was given one poster that I put into the public library. Today, the rest of he team and I put up the rest of the posters around down town campus SIT. I had suggested that we only needed about 6 posters for around down town campus. Another team member put up another 1 poster. This left only 3 posters for both main campus and the public. I found this disappointing. I had hoped to have more posters for the public and main campus, as we have already spread the news of the exhibition already by telling them in person. But, all turned out just fine and I am happy for that.
