New anime
I was shown a new anime that helps me understand the otaku world in Japan
'Love is hard for a otaku' (Wotaku)
It is a really cute romance, slice of life, comedy. I find it so cute in lots of ways.
I find it interesting how the anime does the backstories or revealing information to the view.
It doesn't reveal every detail and doesn't always resolve memories. They leave it up to the viewer to imagine of find out on their own. This is cool in itself and a lot like real life. Unlike American TV that shows every detail for the viewer, we are aloud to use our imagination more and it lets us become more connected to the characters and their lives.
I just saw the opening. It was amazingly done, in the style of homemade Tic Toc videos. Amazing, beautiful and unique. Amazing.
